Technical Customer Service Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CSR/Technical Support with an Industrial Engineering degree or at least 2 years of experience in creating ISO Procedure to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our current technical support services, including software, hardware, and network, through training and troubleshooting.
Additionally, the candidate will develop procedures and guidelines, including workflow, to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of technical support services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and a strong commitment to customer service.

Job Description

Provide technical support to end-users through training and troubleshooting. Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex technical issues. Develop procedures and guidelines for technical support services, including workflow. Ensure that all technical support services are delivered efficiently and effectively. Communicate with customers and end-users to identify their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate records of all technical support services provided. Continuously improve technical support services through process improvement initiatives. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in technical support.
